What Exactly Is Niche Reaper?

I know I have explained this earlier, but I just want to re-iterate and summarise it in a nutshell. This is a members service brought to you by Matt Garrett and Gary Prendergast which gives you access to a huge database of keywords and niches. The system automatically identifies valuable niches and keywords, which means all the Niche research and Keyword research is ALREADY done for you.

It uses a color coding system to identify high value niches and keywords. More on that later, but the green ones are the most valuable as you can see in the screenshot to your left.

All you need to do is choose the niche that you want to work with and drill down for the keywords you want for your website, both for promotion purposes and pages on the website itself. Inside The Niche Reaper Members Area

Once you are logged in, you will see that the Members Area is well laid out and organized. It’s divided into 3 main areas which are as follows:

• Home Page
• Niches Page
• Keywords Page

Home Page – This is the page that you will see when you initially login. This is where the live keyword feed is found. Basically this is a massive database where a new keyword phrase drops in every 2-3 seconds when everything is running at full speed. It’s pretty good fun to watch new keywords coming in so quickly, but the main point to take note of here is that 700-1000 high value keywords are added to the Niche Reaper database every single day.

Keywords Page – This is where you can work with lists of keywords. There is an option to mark any keywords you want as a favorite with a star. This gives you the convenient option of  working with that keyword later by filtering and displaying your favorites.

Understanding The Keyword Data

Next to each keyword in Niche Reaper is a set of data that gives you a lot of information about it. Take a look at this example below and I’ll talk you through it.

Now as you can see this is a GREEN keyword so it’s identified as a HIGH value keyword phrase. If it’s AMBER then it’s a keyword phrase that could have real value. WHITE color coding means that the software doesn’t identify that as a worthwhile target.

On the far left you can see a star, which is where you can mark that keyword as a favorite. Next to that you have the actual keyword phrase. After that there is more data including monthly google searches, adword ads which are shown as a percentage figure ( the higher the percentage, the more ads ). Pagerank – This is the average pagerank for the top 5 results for that keyword, which in this case it is 2.6. The number of backlinks calculated as an average of the top 5 results in Google and potential clicks if you are in the top 5.

The number of opportunities to rank in the top 5 are also shown as well. These are worked out by a criteria which includes an average of pagerank of 3 or less and total number of backlinks of 300 or less as well.

Other data included in these results are the CPC ( Cost Per Click ) value from Google Adwords, where click through rate, number of clicks and likely revenue share are taken into account. This is a way of calculating commercial value of that keyword. It also shows you whether the .com, .org or .net versions of that keyword are available as domain names that you can purchase.

Let’s Get Digging

When you dig down, you get the top 5 Google results for that keyword. Again, Niche Reaper shows you some really important data which helps you to identify where you can rank in the top 5 if you target that keyword. Let’s take another look at that example again.

As you can see, the pagerank for result number 1 in the listing is zero ( 0 ) and it  has 27 links. It is optimized with those keywords in the url and in the title. Take a look at result no.4 in that listing. It has 87 links but it’s only pagerank 1 and it isn’t optimized in the url.  At the time of writing the .com, .net and .org for this keyword phrase are still available and you could take out position 4 without too much work.

At this point big lightbulbs should be going off in your head about the Niche Reaper service and what it can do for you. It identifies goldmine keywords and identifies how many opportunities there are for top 5 rankings based on its evaluation criteria.

That’s the keyword area covered, so now let’s take a look at how you can dominate entire niche markets.  Incidentally, there are currently 350,990 keyword entries in the database at the time of writing this Niche Reaper review, with that number increasing every 2-3 seconds as more keywords drop into the database. This thing has some serious firepower under the hood.

Niches Area

Inside the Niches area of Niche Reaper, is where the true power of the system really becomes apparent. Again, take a look at this screenshot and I’ll talk you through it.

Now normally when you go into the Niches area, you can choose to display 10-100 niches per page and click on next for the next ‘x’ number of results. At the time of writing there are a grand total  “Showing 1 to 50 of 25,639 entries”, so there are over 25,000 niches already identified in Niche Reaper. Again, this number will keep growing continuously.

You can also filter at the bottom of the screen, so if I wanted niches with the word “weight” in I could write that, hit enter and it would display them on the screen. In this example I actually typed in the niche and it displayed in green, which means it’s a valuable one To the right of the niche in this example you can see “15″ under keywords. This means there are 15 keywords in Niche Reaper currently for this niche. A dollar value is applied to those keywords based on the opportunities for ranking in the top 5, as well as the number of clicks and searches per month in Google. Of those 15 keywords, 3 .com’s are available for registration, 6.nets and 8.orgs.

That is the 3 main areas of the Niche Reaper members area covered. What system would be complete without training? The good news is that it’s included as well, so I am going to summarise what is being included in this area. Before I do that, I should just clarify that there is a video walk-through of Niche Reaper itself by Matt when you’re on the inside.
